WHAT IS IT?
A proactive care program designed to protect newly planted trees during the most critical years of establishment in Colorado’s challenging conditions. If the tree dies of insect and or disease while in our New Tree Guarantee program we will replace the tree free of charge. No removal fees, No planting fees. Restrictions apply.
Common reasons new trees struggle or die include:
Transplant shock and root establishment stress
Poor or compacted soils that limit nutrient uptake
Improper watering schedules or coverage
Early insect infestations or disease development
Lack of follow-up care after planting
A qualifying tree generally meets the following criteria:
Proper planting depth with the root flare visible at the soil line
Healthy canopy with normal leaf color, density, and growth for the species
No visible signs of active insect infestation or untreated disease
Adequate and functional irrigation reaching the root zone
Stable structure with no major trunk damage or mechanical injury
Appropriate species selection for the site’s exposure, soil, and climate
Mulched correctly without mulch contacting the trunk
